There is a large parking garage with over 600 spaces at 40 Coxe Avenue. The entry is off of Sears Alley. Find out more here! There are also ample metered spaces along Coxe Avenue. Please don’t park in spaces marked “no parking” as you are very likely to be towed. We do not allow parking or vehicular access inside our gates.
WHERE IS RABBIT RABBIT?
Rabbit Rabbit is located at 75 Coxe Avenue in downtown Asheville right next door to Asheville Brewing Company.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY FOR OUTDOOR CONCERTS?
Our general policy does not require proof of vaccination or negative test since Rabbit Rabbit is completely outdoors. Masks are still strongly encouraged in large crowds. If an artist requests a different policy, it will be on the event listing and on our ticketing page before you purchase tickets.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS TO SHOWS AT RABBIT RABBIT?
You can buy tickets in person at Rabbit Rabbit, The Orange Peel, Harvest Records in West Asheville, or Aloft Hotel downtown.
You can buy tickets online at rabbitrabbitavl.com, theorangepeel.net, or etix.com. Those three websites are the only places online to buy tickets - please beware of third party ticket sellers!
You can buy tickets over the phone by calling Etix at 1-800-514-ETIX (3849).
I BOUGHT TICKETS, BUT NOW I CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE SHOW. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
All shows are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or postponed.
I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR THE SHOW FROM SOMEONE ONLINE. HOW DO I KNOW THE TICKET IS LEGIT?
You don’t. Do not purchase print at home tickets from someone you do not know. ALL tickets are scanned at the door and a photocopied ticket will not gain you admittance to the venue. Buyer Beware! Each barcode will only scan once – once it’s been scanned by our door staff, it won’t work again, so be careful!
WHAT IS YOUR CAPACITY?
Rabbit Rabbit holds up to 4000 guests.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE SHOW?
While most of our shows are All Ages, we do ask that you email [email protected] for permission to bring kids under 12.
WHEN WILL THE SHOW END?
All shows at Rabbit Rabbit will end at 10pm sharp!
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Rabbit Rabbit does not have onsite parking, but since we are located downtown, there are plenty of parking garages within walking distance. Click here to see a map of local parking garages.
DO YOU HAVE SEATING?
When Rabbit Rabbit is hosting concerts, we become a standing room only venue with no seating. If you have a medical need, you are allowed to bring a small camping chair to be used in a designated area onsite. Rabbit Rabbit is also ADA compliant and we have a space for those in wheelchairs.
CAN I BRING A BACKPACK OR PURSE?
All our outdoor shows have a clear bag policy. To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, no bags or purses over 6" x 6" will be allowed in the gates unless they are made of a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Please note, all guests will enter through automated metal detection upon arrival.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO EAT AND DRINK AT SHOWS?
In addition to multiple bars throughout the venue serving your favorite local and domestic beers, wine, and cocktails, we also have food available from Asheville Pizza Co, AVL Taco, and rotating local food trucks. We do not allow anyone to bring in outside food or drinks.
IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT RAIN DURING THE SHOW. WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER PLAN?
All shows are RAIN OR SHINE, meaning as long as there is no severe weather (lightning, high winds, hurricane threat, etc) in the forecast, the show will go forward as planned. If the show is cancelled or postponed due to weather, you will be notified immediately and given the option for a refund. If the show has already started and severe weather forces us to stop the show, we will make an announcement over our loud speaker and the show will be evacuated. Once the weather threat passes, you will be emailed and allowed to return to the venue. If we are unable to continue the show due to severe weather, you will be notified by email concerning potential partial refunds and/or make up dates as soon as possible.

IS THE TACO TRUCK OPEN? CAN I BRING PIZZA FROM NEXT DOOR?
The AVL Taco truck is typically open and operating any time we are open, during the summer and fall seasons. Hours may be more limited during the spring so check our social media. Yes, if Asheville Pizza & Brewing on Coxe Ave right next door is open, you are welcome to order there and bring your food to Rabbit Rabbit to enjoy it.
CAN I HOST MY PRIVATE EVENT THERE?
We consider special events and rentals on a case by case basis, though we are typically unable to accommodate them during our peak season on weekend nights/days. That said, please reach out at [email protected] and tell us what you’d like to do and we will get back to you with options.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We do not have our own parking lot. However, like other downtown businesses, we rely on street parking (free after 6pm!) and paid parking lots. DO NOT park in other neighbors’ spaces that are marked as tow-away zones. You WILL be towed. There are plenty of pay-by-the-space lots, including one right across the street and one right next door. There is also a large public garage just up from us on Coxe Ave.
